Questions people ask first
Is Lowzo free for buyers?
Browsing and comparing bids are always free, and your first requests are free to post. After that a request costs ₹99 for a two-wheeler or ₹299 for a car. If you unlock a dealer, the fee is 10% of what you saved (for cars, between ₹49 and ₹4,999). No saving means no fee.
Do I have to buy from the dealer who wins?
No. Bids are offers to you, not commitments from you. If nothing is good enough, don't unlock anyone.
How long does bidding last?
You choose, from 25 minutes to 24 hours. Three hours is the sweet spot for most requests. A bid in the last two minutes adds two more minutes, so nobody is sniped.
What happens after I unlock a dealer?
You get the dealer's contact details and deal with them directly. The winning price is held for 48 hours, so you can visit, inspect and finish paperwork. Unclaimed offers may later appear in the Store for other buyers.
Will dealers call me before I'm ready?
No. Dealers bid without your contact details and only receive them when you unlock one specific dealer.
How are dealers verified?
GST and KYC documents are reviewed before a dealer can place a bid. Verified dealers carry a badge on every bid.
Which areas and vehicles are covered?
Lowzo is live in Delhi NCR for new two-wheelers and cars from the major Indian brands. You can also exchange or sell your current vehicle.
Is there an iPhone app?
Lowzo is on Android today. An iPhone version is planned.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account, or use the Account & Data Deletion page.
